Bacon in yeast-dough

Serves 8 :
300 g flour
150 ml milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 Prise sugar
10 g yeast
100 g butter

preparation: Prepare with all ingredients a yeast-dough and store for at least one hour in a refrigerator.

350 g cooked bacon
350 g minced meat
2 eggs
2 onions
1 bunch of chervil
1 gloves garlic
nutmeg, gemahlene Nelken

preparation: Mix the thin sliced bacon under the meat. Add eggs, fine chopped onoins, very fine chopped garlic and fine chopped KERBEL. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and grounted glove.

Lay the fluted mould with thin rolled yeast-dough out, fill in the meat-dough and cover with yeast-dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
